Friday 27th March

Action for Happinesfrom Mrs LiversidgeStop work earlier and use the time to be still and relax. Celebrate 'Friday' by building in some extra play time outside, lie on the sofa to read a book or do some craft or cooking. Enjoy the stillness at some point today.

Action for Happiness from Mrs Liversidge: Tune into your feelings without judging or trying to change. Remember, it's always helpful to talk about how you feel with someone you trust. 

Mrs Khan’s THOUGHT OF THE DAY : Being different isn’t a bad thing. It means you’re brave enough to be yourself. (Luna Lovegood). Ask your family to name 3 things that make you special.

Action for Happiness from Mrs Liversidge: Make a list of amazing things that you take for granted. Notice the sounds, tastes, sights around you, the colours of nature outside and how you feel when you achieve something.

Mrs Khan's THOUGHT FOR THE DAY : You will never have this day again. So make it count! Write about or draw what you enjoyed today and why?

Tuesday 24th March 

Action for Happiness from Mrs Liversidge: Notice when you are tired and take a break as soon as possible. Take time to stretch and drink water during the day to refresh yourself. Don't worry if you can't do something - take a break and come back to it a bit later. Remember the magic of the word 'yet'!

Monday 23rd March 

Action for Happiness from Mrs Liversidge - Take an unusual route and notice what looks different. From your window, can you see anything starting to grow on the trees or the flower beds? Watch every day and notice when something does. If you're out for a walk, remember to keep 2 metres away from anyone walking past, but look at the differences in the houses you go past.
